athletics day

 



On athletics day i would recommend u have a Up and go' fruit'sun block'hat' p.e gear or house colour t.shirt and shorts.

For the run do not for get to lean foreword to run perfectly . Then have a break and get something to eat or drink.

For the long jump you should know to run jump and when u land make sure your feet are together.
